Form Builder
Add custom fields to any HMS form — push to all hospitals or a specific one
How it works:
Custom fields are stored in Firestore under
form_schemas.
When a hospital's HMS app loads, it fetches the schemas that match its hospital ID (or scope "all") and renders the extra fields automatically at the bottom of each form modal.
Data entered in custom fields is saved in each record under a customFields object.
